Increasing Creativity

I have always been able to come up with a huge amount of ideas on any given topic. If I am honest, there are usually too many to act on. The reason I like swaps is because they help me by giving me some guidelines and often a theme. The narrower the guidelines and topic, the easier it seems to get it done. Below are pictures of an ATC swap (Artist Trading Cards for the uninitiated) where we had to use 'googly eyes'.

My enthusiasm for combining words and pictures took over and I came up with some ATC's I still love months later (that is quite an accomplishment for me!). English is such a great language to play with words, something I do miss in the German language. Here are the ATC's I came up with:





I wonder if they would make interesting greetings cards? There are more ideas where that came from.

The moral of the story is to create a fairly tight frame work when I am trying to come up with an idea
